During your appointment, we’ll discuss everything from style, budget, and gemstone preferences to any materials you’d like to incorporate, such as loose gemstones or heirloom jewellery. We provide sketches and 3D images, allowing you to preview your design before we begin handcrafting it right here in Brisbane.

The process:
The first step in your custom jewellery journey is booking a consultation. We offer both in store & virtual consultations.
During your consultation you will discuss design concept, price point, materials and gemstones. The jeweller will be sketching your piece while answering any questions you may have. Our award winning team will always give you the best education and advice for your custom design.
Once your design has been drawn & the finer details are locked in, we provide you with a quote. When the quote has been approved, we take a deposit and begin on your 3D render.
Once we have received your deposit, the team get started on your 3D render, this is sent to you for approval 2-5 business days from deposit. When the render has been approved, we get started on manufacturing your custom piece. Manufacturing lead time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
When your custom piece has been completed the team will contact you. Final payment is made at this stage and collection can be made at any time during business hours.
