Truly exceptional service. The Aurupt team made recreating my favorite piece completely seamless. I had a fake silver cross that I always wanted remade with real diamond and platinum, and Braydon was amazing—he sent over a CAD design right away, even though I hadn't provided any measurements in my initial email. After enduring a year of delays, poor quality, and awful communication from a previous jeweler on my engagement ring, working with Aurupt restored my faith. A few months ago, I had two signet rings made for my dad and me, as well as some other custom pieces made from gold nuggets that my dad had prospected himself, which turned out amazing and exactly how I envisioned. The consultation with Braydon was thorough, and I loved his idea for a hidden detail for the signet rings. I never felt rushed, even when we went over the designated time for the consultation. He even kindly showed us him melting some of the gold nuggets we had, which my dad, in particular, greatly enjoyed seeing. I could not be happier with the friendly personal service I received from this wonderful family owned jewellery store.  They resized 5 rings that had become too small, & the workmanship was outstanding. They were completed much quicker than I expected and came back looking absolutely beautiful - cleaned and polished to a brilliant shine. I later returned to have 3 of the rings which were from a previous marriage soldered together, and once again they did an amazing job.  They also noticed that a few stones were loose and carefully tightened them, which I really appreciated. The team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the whole process.  They treated my rings with great care and attention to detail, and I felt completely confident leaving such sentimental  pieces with them. I cannot recommend AURUPT Jewellery highly enough! My first experience with them was when I needed my engagement ring resized. The jeweller I originally purchased it from told me it couldn’t be done, but AURUPT immediately reassured me with, “Of course we can do that!” The resize was completed incredibly quickly and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Later, I approached them with a very special request: to create my wedding band using my late nanny’s wedding ring. I showed them my vision, and once again they were nothing but supportive, enthusiastic, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The finished ring is absolutely perfect. They carefully melted down my nanny’s wedding band and transformed it into a beautiful wedding ring that not only brought my vision to life but exceeded all of my expectations. Being able to watch the entire process unfold made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. The craftsmanship, care, and passion that the team puts into their work is truly something special. They have created a piece of jewellery that I will treasure forever, and I am so grateful for the part they played in preserving such an important family connection.
