SHIPPING & ORDERING
How soon will my item be shipped?
If you have purchased a piece from our ready to wear collection, we will have the item packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. For other items that are handcrafted to order, please refer to product description for estimated production time. (This can be anywhere from 7 days to 6-8 weeks).
I didn’t receive an order confirmation, who do I contact?
For any enquires regarding your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@aurupt.com and we will be able to assist you with any queries or concerns you may have regarding your order.
What do I do if I want to exchange or return my order?

PRODUCTION
Where are your jewellery pieces made?
All Aurupt Jewellery pieces are designed and handcrafted in our Brisbane studio. We have a team of award winning jewellers who repair and manufacture everything on-site in our two-storey flagship store.
How long does a custom jewellery order take to handcraft?
Every piece is different; however, we like to advise 4-6 weeks from deposit payment for all custom makes. This allows enough time for final design proof, ordering and delivery of gemstones/materials, manufacture time, photography and valuation certificates.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
All gemstones, diamonds and precious metals we use are ethically sourced and conflict free. We pride ourselves on working hand in hand with the best suppliers in Australia.
ENGAGEMENT RINGS
Can I View engagement rings in person?
Yes! Our ready to wear engagement ring collection is available to view and try on in store. We also have a variety of sample rings to try on for those who aren’t 100% sure what style of engagement ring they like or which stone cut and size suits them best.
I want to purchase an engagement ring online but it’s the wrong size
All Aurupt Engagement rings come with complimentary ring resizing, please enter your desired finger size in the purchase notes and we will have a jeweller resize the ring for you prior to shipping.
I like one of your engagement ring designs but can I change it?
We specialise in custom jewellery and every Aurupt piece is customisable. Where are you located?
We are located 30 minutes north of Brisbane CBD. The studio address is 1/193-203 South Pine Road, Brendale, QLD, 4500.

Do I need an appointment?
For jewellery repairs no appointment is required and you are welcome to come into the studio at any time. For custom jewellery makes, Engagement rings and wedding bands we recommend booking in to ensure a jeweller will be available as we run appointments daily. We also offer phone and virtual appointments for our clients Australia wide. Alternatively you can email our customer care team and one of our jewellery experts will be able to assist with your enquiries during business hours.
