SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
MANUFACTURING TIMEFRIMES
Please keep our manufacturing times in mind when placing your order.
Ready-to-wear pieces are shipped on the same day as purchase. If a piece is not currently in stock, you will be contacted with expected timeframes for that specific piece to be made.
All custom jewellery, bespoke engagement rings, and made-to-order products take between 6 to 8 weeks to create prior to being shipped. We have our own in-house workshop and handcraft every piece ourselves.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Express Service.
For capital cities, major cities, and metro areas, please allow 1 to 4 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. For all other regions, delivery can take 3 to 7 business days.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery and include tracking and insurance whilst in transit. We do not guarantee shipping times as advertised by Australia Post. Please allow adequate time for production, processing, and delivery to your address.
Standard domestic shipping within Australia is complimentary.
If the standard shipping timeframe or security level is not suitable, we can arrange personalised Aurupt to Customer hand-to-hand delivery, Toll Hand to Hand service, FedEx, or Armed Guard Services for an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx Priority. Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like a shipping quote to your location.
DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Import duties and taxes may apply to international shipments outside of Australia. Once your order arrives in your destination country, you are liable for any duties and taxes required to release the parcel. Aurupt Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, redelivery costs are at the customer’s discretion and a refund will not be issued.
PACKAGING
All pieces are packaged in AURUPT specialised jewellery boxes, complete with care information and item details. We use discreet plain outer packaging for delivery to protect the privacy and security of your order.
RETURNS AND SIZING
Aurupt Jewellers does not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind.
If your piece requires a size adjustment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Where a resize or alteration is possible, we will arrange this for you. In the rare circumstance that a piece cannot be resized or altered due to its construction, and the item is returned to us in perfect, unworn condition, an exchange may be considered at our discretion.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Aurupt Jewellers specialises exclusively in custom, made-to-order jewellery. Each piece is designed, approved, and manufactured specifically for you based on a detailed consultation process.
By proceeding with a deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design brief, including any 3D renders, sketches, material selections, and stone specifications provided during the consultation process. This approval constitutes your acceptance of the final design direction.
Change of mind is not accepted as grounds for refund, alteration, or cancellation once a deposit has been received and the design has been approved. This applies regardless of the time elapsed between collection of the finished piece and the date of any subsequent request.
In the event you raise a concern regarding your piece, Aurupt Jewellers will assess the matter against the original approved design brief. Where the finished piece materially differs from the approved design, we will work with you to reach a resolution. Where the finished piece accurately reflects the approved design, no refund or remake will be offered.
Any request for alteration after collection will be assessed at our discretion and may incur additional cost. All pieces are warranted for life against manufacturing defect.
