From the moment you walk into our North Brisbane studio, you’re stepping into more than just a jewellery store—you’re entering a creative space where your ideas and stories take centre stage. Our consultations are interactive and hands-on, giving you the opportunity to work directly with our expert team to shape your piece from concept to completion.

We’ll guide you through stone options, design sketches, precious metal selections and fine details like setting styles or custom engravings. Every decision is tailored to you with honest advice and skilled craftsmanship.

It all begins with a complimentary custom jewellery consultation:

We begin with a one-on-one custom jewellery consultation with one of our skilled Jewellers or Jewellery Designers, who genuinely take the time to understand you – your style, your story, and what this piece means to you. During this, we’ll ask questions to gain a clear understanding of your vision, preferences, and any sentimental elements you’d like to incorporate. From there, we’ll begin to sketch your custom design in front of you, transforming your ideas into reality and laying the foundation for a truly bespoke piece that reflects your individuality. Here, you have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like and be involved with designing your dream piece.

From concept to render:

Once you are happy with your design, and a deposit has been paid, we move from the sketch to a 3D render of your custom jewellery piece. This allows you to view the design from every angle, in true proportions. You have the opportunity to make any small adjustments to the render before the piece moves to the next stage in our in-house workshop and into the hands of one of our talented Jewellers.

Manufacturing:

All Aurupt pieces are loving crafted in our Brisbane workshop to the highest standard. Each detail is carefully created and put together with meticulous precision. The setting is carefully added to the band and tidied up before it moves onto having the stones set, one by one. Your piece will only move on to its final polish once every detail is finalised. When you visit us in store, you can even take the time to have a look at the workshop and watch the Jewellers working in real time through a dedicated viewing window in the studio.

Ready to collect:

You are now ready to collect—and with that, the next chapter of your bespoke piece begins. Whether it marks a carefully planned proposal, a meaningful anniversary, or simply a personal moment worth celebrating, your Aurupt creation is now ready to live with you.
