What to Expect – Engagement Ring Consultation

Choosing an Engagement Ring is a momentous occasion, as it symbolizes a lifetime of love and commitment. We take pride in offering an unforgettable custom consultation experience, where we collaborate with clients to create their dream Engagement Ring or guide them through choosing the perfect Engagement Ring from our ready to wear collection. The First Step:
The first step is to contact us and book in for a consultation, Bookings can be made online via the booking form, by email or phone. We run appointments all day Monday to Friday and recommend reserving a time to ensure the jeweller or jewellery designer will be available to see you. We always welcome walk-ins, however due to how busy we are there may be a wait time if the jeweller is in an appointment. The consultation itself is at no charge and it will run for approximately 45 minutes.

The Consultation:
From the moment our client steps into our elegant boutique, we strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We believe that the creation of a custom Engagement Ring should be a collaborative process, where the client’s vision and our expertise come together seamlessly. During the consultation, we work closely with the customer to transform their ideas and desires into exquisite designs. If you are unsure on what you are looking for, that is no problem! Our jeweller will be able to walk you through different styles and how we can personalize it for you. Delve into a world of materials, diamonds, and gemstones and gain invaluable insights as the jeweller shares their profound expertise, ensuring you make informed choices throughout the creation process. We provide our clients with a complimentary beverage on arrival, onsite parking & encourage you to ask as many questions as possible, the jeweller will also sketch your design so you can see your ideas come to life.

After the consultation:
If you didn’t receive a quote during your consultation, we will send you a quote in approximately 1-2 business days. If you are happy with your quote and would like to go ahead with your design, we then take a deposit which is a portion of the cost of your custom make, the remainder can be paid upon completion. Once the deposit is paid, we will send you a 3D render of your custom Engagement Ring. This is so you can visually see how the stones will be mapped out and the overall design of the ring in a 3D model and make any necessary changes. Once this has been approved the ring goes into production, it will be hand-crafted in our Brisbane Studio and within 4-6 weeks it will be complete and ready for collection!
